Livie is a versatile mare who has done a little bit of everything over the years. She has competed successfully in both open and sanctioned shows, earning multiple Grand and Reserve Championships in halter, pleasure driving, and draft.
Outside of the show ring, Livie has also been a dependable trail horse and an enjoyable horse to have around the farm. Her experience in a variety of settings has made her a well-rounded mare who has been a great fit for our family.
BRED FOR BRILLIANCE
Livie is a great example of the combination of her sire, Geno, and dam, Indy. Her pedigree brings together the Miniature Horse and Shetland bloodlines found on both sides of her family, and Livie carries that combination forward in her own way.
From Geno’s side, she carries the influence of his diverse Miniature Horse and Shetland heritage, while Indy contributes her own blend of established Miniature Horse and Shetland lines. Together, those pedigrees produced a mare that is not only nicely bred, but has gone on to prove herself as a versatile and accomplished individual.
LIVIE'S FUTURE
Livie has excelled in everything I've introduced her to. Her next step is to hopefully produce a foal of her own.
Livie took the 2026 show season off to be bred to Woodland Acres Kings Majestic of Steven's Creek Shetlands and Miniatures. We are very excited to see what this cross will produce!
